Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide students with a fair and impartial hearing where alleged violations of University regulations are adjudicated in a timely manner.

What students can expect of our office:

• Student Rights and Responsibilities will ensure fair and impartial hearings.
• Student Rights and Responsibilities will uphold the rights of all EKU students.
• Student Rights and Responsibilities will facilitate due process rights set forth by the University Handbook for Students, for all EKU students.
• Student Rights and Responsibilities will adjudicate all reports of alleged violations of University regulations in a consistent manner.

What we expect of students:

• Students will show respect for others, themselves, and the University.
• Students will take responsibility for their behavior.
• Students will read and understand the University Handbook for Students.
